As regards women, man does become somewhat of an animal and the carnal desires always remain lurking in the background even when normal interaction takes place. There have been religions that have demanded modesty of women in the way they dress and move within a society, which suggests that the burden of responsibility of men's infidelity lies with women.
The most important question to me is "Is man such a weak animal that he can't help but blindly following his instincts when it comes to sexual relationships?" Apparently most men cannot control themselves, and women? Do women find it equally difficult to keep themselves in check or perhaps even more difficult so? Is man overall a beast like any other, simply unable to reason himself out of such proposed actions and thinking not from his head but from his sexual organs when circumstances demand so?
The answer in my opinion is that man is made of three; angel, beast, and satan. The beast that lies in man gives him instinct and all bodily desires are part and parcel of this animal. Angels do not exist in the world of today, so we have to deal with beasts and satans here. Thus, it can be concluded that irrespective of whether its man or woman, the sexual urge cannot be contained. It has to be satiated and if it is not the beast will become satan.
There was a handful of saints who gave up the urges in order to find the True God, but from what I've seen so far, they are a thing of the past. It is only ordinary men that walk the earth today and urges rule supreme.
